Description

ME2000 has been designed for those who do not want to invest more in a six current test kit, and are looking for an economical solution to test most common relays on site, without need of an external PC.
It is based on proven DSP and switching technology. There is a set of three current generators and a set of three voltage generators having common neutral each, eliminating the need of excessive wiring. All these generators are independent of each other with respect to Amplitude, Phase and Frequency. There are four binary inputs and the test set can trigger from GPS pulse output. Two binary outputs can be controlled by PC based test software.
On power on initialization, different test modules shall be available on the Large alphanumeric LCD and user can navigate through each module using the adjacent keypad. The generator outputs can be varied manually or through 13 automated test modules specially designed for quickly checking commonly available relays. After the test is over, the results can be viewed immediately and then can be saved on bulit in flash memory. Transferring the results to PC through a serial port, needs no special software.
Users who are interested to carry out more tests using a PC based test1 software can be provided. User can then save the test settings, can use more complex test routines like Zone mapping, COMTRADE wave playback etc. and organize reports on PC. |
