measurement of electricity consumption in a real world with smart technology. A Smart meter is an electronic
device that record information such as consumption of three phase electric energy, voltage, current, power
factor, frequency, etc. Smart meter system helps to reduce energy wastage, improves communication between
consumers and power supply companies.

Nvis 7025E offers a platform for remote monitoring of appliances, keep track of their energy usage and give alerts when faults occur due to any abnormal condition. There is graphical LCD to measure all the three phase
parameters in a single frame. Also a dashboard software is provided for data logging. User can simulate different
faults in energy meter and observe its consequences and get an opportunity to rectify these faults with practical
approach.
